By subscribing to a SoCal Gold Vault savings plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis for the plan amount you choose ($50, $100, $250, or $500/month).
Billing occurs on the same date each month as your original subscription date. If your payment method fails, we will attempt to process the payment up to three additional times over the following seven days before suspending your account.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees.
Each monthly payment is used to purchase physical gold on your behalf. Gold is purchased at the live spot price at the time of your scheduled purchase, updated every 5 minutes. There is no guaranteed price lock — the price you receive reflects market conditions at the time of purchase.
Your gold balance is tracked in grams and displayed in your account. Gold is stored securely in our insured vault until your balance reaches the threshold for a gold bar delivery.
We do not charge storage fees for gold held in our vault while you maintain an active subscription.
When your accumulated gold balance reaches the value of a gold bar (1g, 2.5g, 5g, 10g, or 1oz), we will ship the bar to your registered address. All gold bars are LBMA-certified, 999.9 fine (24 karat), and include an assay certificate.
Shipping is fully insured from our vault to your door at no additional cost. We use discreet, tamper-evident packaging with signature-required delivery. Delivery typically occurs within 5 – 10 business days after your balance reaches the bar threshold.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.
Upon cancellation, your remaining gold balance can be handled in one of two ways:
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of your cancellation request.
Gold is a commodity and its price fluctuates based on market conditions. The value of your gold balance may decrease as well as increase. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Gold is not FDIC insured. SoCal Gold Vault is not a bank, and gold savings plans are not bank deposits.
